eye-Sports combine is a series of exercises designed to showcase the athletic abilities of the student in an
exciting one day event. These exercises have been developed based on the criteria of providing maximum exposure
to all the Universities across the country. By using the Internet to distribute this information on demand we are
providing the ultimate in exposure.

eye-Sports combines will include a light breakfast, motivational speaker, warm-up exercises, and a series of sport
related drills. The four events are the 40-yard dash, the vertical jump, the shuttle, and a position related drill.
eye-Sports will video record this event using the latest digital video equipment to stream video over the Internet.
Athlete's information is organized into an Electronic Sports Resume(ESR). Each ESR provides the college coach
or recruiter with as much information as possible to aid in their recruiting process. In addition to the video component,
audio file will be recorded from the interview with the student while at the  eye-Sports combine.

eye-Sports Combines are structured to support up to 200 student athletes in order to provide a professional level
of quality. eye-Sports has an aggressive marketing plan calling for twelve combines per year nation wide. These
prearranged  markets will provide a large cross section of student athletes from the area.

By providing advertising incentives to local business and national corporations eye-Sports, Inc. will offer scholarship to
participate in are combines.

The combine is$280.00 per student athlete, which includes six-months* membership to eye-Sports.com. In
addition to membership student-athletes will receive a unique combine tee shirt, eye-Sports.com hat, eye-Sports
water bottle, and a workout booklet.

*Additional 6 month term is offered for $115 and includes an update of all the data featured in ESR (not the video or
audio part). For those athletes who want to present their highlight video on their page, they can do that with adding
a highlight video package, priced at $55 per 20 second video, $75 per 40 second video and $97 for 60 second video)1

1 eye-Sports.com will accept VHS and Super8 video format, with all highlighted segments properly described and
cued to real time counter. Tapes of low video quality will not be accepted. The tape will not be returned.
